The Inside Out Trans Art Project is once again on display in Cincinnati, and SOS Art is calling for submissions from transgender artists for a “Transgender Recognition Exhibit.” The “Transgender Recognition Event” will be held in Cincinnati on March 26th at which I will be reading my poem "Secret Silence" that is included in the anthology "INSIDEOUT: An Affirming Epiphany." As you probably recall, I have both a self-portrait and a poem in the Exhibit. Please see the details below.

1) Call to Transgender Artists for transgender-related artworks in any medium 2) Please submit (to: sosartcincinnati@gmail.com)
a) artist name and pronouns; artist address; artist e mail; artist phone number
b) a short artist bio (few lines)
c) for each artwork: Title, medium, dimensions (HxWxD), sale price (if for sale), accompanying statement (few lines)
3) Deadline for Submission: February 19, 2022
4) This SOS ART-planned show will take place at the same time as:
a) “InsideOut: An Affirming Epiphany”, an exhibit of Trans Artist self-portraits and responding poems by greater Cincinnati Poets (MAPC gallery, January 10 – April 1, 2022)
b) “Transgender Recognition Event”, an afternoon of transgender-related panel discussions, poetry readings and closing receptions, MAPC social hall, Saturday March 26, 2 – 5:30pm) (more info to follow)
